Employers, it’s that time of year again. February 1st marks the official deadline for you to tabulate and post your OSHA Log Summary. The OSHA Log Summary, also known as the OSHA Form 300A must be completed and posted in the area where employee notices usually reside.
The summary itself must list the total number of job-related injuries as well as illness that occurred during the previous calendar year. The summary must remain posted until April 30th. The form may be downloaded here: https://www.osha.gov/recordkeeping/new-osha300form1-1-04.pdf.
