Biography
Megan Dutra has a farming background and works with clients on issues covering employment, labor, agricultural and corporate business, commercial finance and real estate law. Megan's areas of expertise include employer defense, land sales and acquisitions, and general contract review.
Background
Megan routinely handles real estate transactions and regularly assists her clients with business contracts and transactions of all types, including loan transactions. Megan also handles matters relating to the formation of corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies.
Megan is a board member of the Fresno County Young Lawyers Association and was President of the association in 2022. Megan is also a member of the Fresno County Bar Association and State Bar of California.
Megan is a Hanford native and has a background in agriculture that includes dairy farming and almond production.
