Mattie R. Hodges

Mattie R. Hodges is an associate attorney. She was born and raised in Clovis, California.

Ms. Hodges began working at Sagaser, Watkins & Wieland PC in 2021 as a file clerk while attending Fresno State. Ms. Hodges graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy Pre-Law.

Ms. Hodges attended Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law, where she received a Dean’s Merit Scholarship. She participated in International Moot Court in London and the Pepperdine chapter of the National Association of Administrative Law Judiciary law journal. Throughout law school, Ms. Hodges worked as a law clerk for Sagaser, Watkins & Wieland.

Ms. Hodges represents employers on a variety of labor and employment law matter, including employment discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, and wage and hour. She also provides advice to business owners, including employment agreements, settlement agreements, workplace safety policies, and employee handbooks.
