Christopher Rusca's practice areas includes various aspects of civil litigation primarily focusing on employment law and business litigation.  Mr. Rusca has represented clients in both individual and class action cases pending before the Labor Commissioner, California Superior Court, United States District Courts, and the Fifth District Court of Appeals.  Mr. Rusca has represented clients involving a myriad of allegations including the Fair Employment and Housing Act ("FEHA"), Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA"), Private Attorneys General Act ("PAGA"), discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, breach of contract, fraud, and antitrust claims.

Prior to joining Sagaser, Watkins & Wieland, Mr. Rusca spent five years in court litigating primarily family law matters.

In addition to practicing law, Mr. Rusca is also an adjunct professor at Fresno City College.
