Amanda Kjar represents employers in civil litigation matters, with a particular focus on labor relations and employment law matters such as wage and hour violations, employment discrimination, wrongful termination, and harassment.

Prior to joining Sagaser, Watkins & Wieland, Ms. Kjar represented self-insured employers and insurance companies in workers' compensation matters.

During law school, Ms. Kjar was a judicial extern for the United States District Court Judge Lawrence O'Neill and Magistrate Judge Gary Austin for the Eastern District of California. Ms. Kjar also worked as a law clerk for a local civil litigation firm, where she obtained experience in employment law, personal injury matters, and class actions.
